  • - Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours.

    - Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the item will need to be sent back, and will either be fixed or replaced.

  • - NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due to excessive heat in most dishwashers.
    - Hand wash ONLY
    - NOT microwave safe

    - Do NOT freeze

    - Do NOT soak
    - Do NOT use abrasive cleaners
    - If dropped, epoxy can break so please treat your tumbler with care.
